The Apache CloudStack project is pleased to announce the release of CloudStack 4.19.1.0.

The CloudStack 4.19.1.0 release is a maintenance release as part of its 4.19.x LTS branch and contains more than 300 fixes and improvements since the CloudStack 4.19.0.0 release. Some of the highlights include:

The Apache CloudStack project is pleased to announce the release of CloudStack Kubernetes Provider v1.1.0 that facilitates Kubernetes deployments on Cloudstack.

It allows Kubernetes to dynamically allocate IP addresses and the respective networking rules on CloudStack to ensure seamless TCP, UDP and TCP-Proxy LoadBalancer deployments on Kubernetes. This was historically part of the Kubernetes codebase which was later removed and donated to the project to allow for further maintenance of the provider plugin.

The Apache CloudStack community is announcing that Daniel Augusto Veronezi has taken on the role of Vice President (VP) of Apache CloudStack recently, a position that bridges the gap between the vibrant community of developers and users and the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) board. In this new role, Daniel is entrusted with ensuring the health and growth of both the project and its community, guiding its further development while fostering a collaborative environment.

On 3-5th June, the Apache Software Foundation will be holding the annual Community Over Code EU conference. This year, attendees can anticipate engaging sessions led by Apache CloudStack community members at the event. It serves as a prime platform to stay aware of the newest developments within Apache Software Foundation (ASF) projects and their associated communities. Taking place in the charming city of Bratislava, Slovakia, this event fosters an environment conducive to collaborative, vendor-neutral discussions. Open-source communities from across the globe will converge to freely exchange ideas and strategize on various projects.
