Adds a Nicira NVP device

password	Credentials to access the Nicira Controller API	true

transportzoneuuid	The Transportzone UUID configured on the Nicira Controller	true
username	Credentials to access the Nicira Controller API	true
l2gatewayserviceuuid	The L2 Gateway Service UUID configured on the Nicira Controller	false
l3gatewayserviceuuid	The L3 Gateway Service UUID configured on the Nicira Controller	false
